Position Details:

As a member of our Web Development team you will work closely with members of our marketing teams as well as design teams. You will be a major part of the “magic behind the scenes,” creating cutting edge responsive websites using the latest HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript techniques available. You have the knowledge and experience to accurately and efficiently implement designs from Adobe Illustrator project files, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with the design team about any questions related to those files.


You will effectively integrate various APIs and web services like Twitter, YouTube, Google Maps, Pinterest, Facebook, etc. into sites as required. You are a WordPress guru and always reading up and staying abreast of the latest developments, releases and techniques.


You work with an obsessive attention to detail and would NEVER release a site for final review without first rigorously testing it across a variety of platforms.


You will also handle administrative tasks as needed, help to improve our overall systems and processes, and pitch in on team efforts of all kinds. This is a position with unlimited potential to grow along with our company’s growth.


The Nitty-Gritty:

This is a contract position to start, with potential to move into a full time role as we get to understand your skill set and the value you bring to our clients and our overall work product. Evenings and weekends are occasionally required to meet project deadlines or attend client events. You will work primarily out of our main office in 2424 Studios: 2424 East York Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125. Some travel may be necessary to client sites (primarily in the greater Philadelphia and South Jersey region) so a valid drivers license is preferred. Reliable transportation to our main office is a must, whether it is your own car, a bike, public trans, or your own 2 feet.


Compensation:

Graphic Designer

You are creative beyond belief, but also understand the importance of working within set brand parameters. You are able to deliver on a wide range of products, for a wide range of businesses. You LOVE your work and are constantly and consistently creative, but you are also mature enough to take feedback from your peers and clients in-stride and make adjustments accordingly. You are obsessively detail-orientated.


You have experience designing for the web and UI excites you. You understand what responsive design is, and are excited to work with a firm that only designs websites in that manner. You know how to prepare files for code. You understand the nuances of designing for print and preparing files for print. You understand the importance of brand consistency and continuity across all materials and mediums.


You have experience managing multiple projects and tasks at once, and are attentive to every detail from start to finish. You can “switch gears” easily and work on multiple projects at once. Position Details:

As a member of our Graphic Design team you will work closely with members of our marketing teams as well as coding teams. We require our designers to have experience conceptualizing and creating designs that not only LOOK awesome on the web, but are also designed to FUNCTION awesomely. This means that while we don’t expect you to know how to code, we do expect you to understand best practices in web design and UI, especially as it relates to responsive design. Being able to accurately and quickly communicate and discuss concepts with our team of marketing experts and developers is a crucial aspect of success in this role.


In addition to online design you must have experience with print and branding, as you will handle everything from logo design to business card design to letterhead and print ads. The ability to ensure a consistent brand presence for a client in all materials you produce across a variety of on and off line mediums is essential.

Position Details:

Our Social Media Marketing Expert will be responsible for managing the full online presence of client accounts for which we have an ongoing, continuous relationship. Scope of services delivered include, but are not limited to: creating unique content for and managing social media sites on behalf of our clients such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. You will also be responsible for responding to reviews on established reviews sites on behalf of our clients. Each client has a defined set of services and you will be expected to understand the scope of each account and adequately service it, as well as to upsell additional services that have potential for increasing the client’s online presence and lead generation. You will be responsible for helping to crosslink offline promotions with online promotions and the creation of graphics and ads to be displayed on their websites and other defined forms of online advertising venues.


You will also handle administrative tasks as needed, help to improve our overall systems and processes, and pitch in on team efforts of all kinds. This is a position with unlimited potential to grow along with our company’s growth.


The Nitty-Gritty:

This is a part time, contract position to start, with potential to move into a full time role as your skill set and our client base in this division grows. Evenings and weekends are occasionally required to meet project deadlines or attend client events. You will work primarily out of our main office in 2424 Studios: 2424 East York Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125, although some work can be performed offsite as long as you have a solid and reliable internet connection. Some travel will be necessary to client sites (primarily in the greater Philadelphia and South Jersey region) so a valid drivers license is required. As a contractor, you must also have the tools necessary to perform your job effectively (i.e., a laptop with the latest Adobe Software as well as MS Office.) You will be provided with a company email and file server.
