Got Laundry?

Got Laundry? offers wash-and-fold pickup and delivery and other laundry services to homes, dormitories, and businesses throughout greater Philadelphia.  They came to us with existing branding and copy that had a wonderful playfulness to it, but a website that was woefully nonfunctional.  Their original developer had bailed halfway through the project and they were in a pickle, needing a creative solution that would meet their current and future business needs without breaking the bank. We embraced their big, bold, red-and-white look and pumped it up, using subtle wave shapes next to photos of washers and dryers to give it a “spin cycle” feel. This site needed to incorporate a lot of information, so it was really important to organize it in a way that would make it easy to find and read. We made sure the main navigation bar and the services list would always be visible to the reader. We also used graphics to convey ideas—since not everyone can easily visualize what 20 pounds of laundry looks like. Clients can easily schedule and pay for services using an online calendar that integrates with the business’s back-end scheduling and financial tools. It was important to owners Ray and Takiyah Wall that their business website emphasized family, faith, and Philadelphia pride, and we incorporated all of these values into the site design.

"I can't say enough about much you have been the savior for me and my business. I was feeling truly down and out, with the most overwhelming feeling of despair. I was so ready to "hang up the cleats" and give up. I declared last quarter 2013 that 2014 was do or die! Fold or fly! I had always adopted the motto of jumping and building wings on the way down. After meeting Eirini and the Pinnacle Partners, I have since changed my perspective to "building your wings on the way up.” Falling or failing are not options. FLYING is the only option!”

— Ray Wall, Owner, Got Laundry?
